Julea has a bachelors degree in Psychology from Bradley University, with a minor in Fine Arts, and received specialty design and home staging education from the Interior Arrangement and Design Association. You've seen her work her magic for millions on HGTV, Chicago ABC7, CLTV, repeatedly in publications such as - The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times, Elite Magazine & Crain's Chicago Business. Julea is a frequent segment guest on CLTV's "Homes Plus" show. Julea also has 2 monthly local cable cooking & decorating shows, teaches a Realtor Home Staging course for The Mainstreet Association of Realtors, has been a Realtor's GRI Instructor, and is a frequent speaker at Chicagoland public libraries and other speaking venues. Last year, Julea completed 4 rooms for the HGTV design show "My First Place," which are currently airing.

Susan Powell
Susan is a Prairie State Design Graduate. As part of the Reinventing Space team for over 8 years, she brings over 24 years of experience in retail merchandising and design. Susan specializes in creative and clever space planning and organization. She is also an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO,) and teaches an array of classes including her "Iron Chef for Kids" classes in her community. Susan is especially talented in the Marketing and Public Relations.
Denise holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from NIU. With over 20 years of creative experience as a graphic designer in the advertising field, Denise has tooled her graphic design expertise to include floor plan and virtual room renderings. Denise also has worked with Julea on some of of her HGTV design projects, along with Model Homes Denise creatively design the Interior Stylist℠ Logo!
