Instructor, Julea JosephFounder and lead instructor, Julea Joseph was always a few steps ahead of the pack.  Julea launched her business in 1999 when interior redesign & home staging were just in their infancy. Julea's business model was to have clients with the same home design needs and desires as she: A savvy homeowner, with great things, but in need of a bit of creative help and guidiance to pull their home together.  HGTV was just starting and people were really starting to stylishly feather their nest!  As her business grew, she soon discovered that she was more than mirely staging or redesigning homes - She was teaching her clients to wholly embracing their home, she rebranded her self as a unique designer - An Interior Stylist!

Julea has a bachelors degree in Psychology from Bradley University, along with a minor in Fine Arts, she received specialty design and home staging education from the Interior Arrangement and Design Association in 1998. She 1st worked her magic for millions on HGTV in 2000 and has since been featured again on "Decorating Cents" and "My First Place," as well as local Chicago TV - ABC7, CLTV, WGN and in publications such as - The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times, Elite Magazine & Crain's Chicago Business.

Julea is a frequent segment guest on CLTV/WGN "Homes Plus" show, recently appeared on ABC7 in a home staging segment and hosts 2 monthly local cable cooking & decorating shows.  She is in her 4th year as a Home Staging Realtor Instructor at the Mainstreet Association of Realtors, and has been a Realtor's GRI Instructor.
